Sacred Place for Buddist
Huangbo Mountain still in the area of Fuqing County, this place popular for its Wanfu Temple. As a prestigious Buddhist temple, Wanfu (which mean "ten thousands Buddha figures") is birthplace of Yinyuan Longqi, founder of Japanese Obaku Zen. As a Chinese Zen monk, Yinyuan left his homeland at 1654 and arrived in Nagasaki, where he built Japanese Wanfu Temple. This Japanese Wanfu Temple precisely follow the Wanfu Temple in Fuqing.
