Strait Travel Fair
Strait Travel Fair is a grand tourism occasion for Cross-strait tourist communities to strengthen their will of exchanges and cooperation, the event will be held in Xiamen. By taking advantage of the rich tourism resources and favorable investment environment of both sides of the Strait. It has set up a large platform of market development for tourism from home and abroad.
Strait Travel Fair is jointly held with 9.8 China International Fair for Investment and Trade as a whole at the same period of time and in the same exhibition hall, however they attract investment and exhibition respectively. Since its inauguration, the Travel Expo has attracted investors from over 100 countries from Europe, the USA, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, etc as well as those from the regions of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.
With events covering investment invitation of tourist projects, scenery exhibition, promotion of tourism products, Strait Travel Forum, etc, the Travel Expo gives full play to the geographical advantage of Fujian which faces Taiwan and neighbors Hong Kong and Macau, fully demonstrates the rich tourism resources and favorable investment environment of both sides of the Strait.
Focuses on building a strait tourist brand, introduces a series of tourism projects boasting of market prospect and development potential, increases efforts of investment invitation, and further promotes the exchanges and cooperation for cross-strait tourism.
